These terms govern use of slicedgolfaz.com and the Sliced Golf facility in Mesa, Arizona, operated by Sliced Golf LLC. By using our website or facility you agree to these terms. Additional booking, membership, cancellation, and facility policies will be presented when booking opens.

SMS terms

• Program description: Sliced Golf sends transactional text messages related to your account and bookings — for example booking confirmations, session reminders, door access codes, and account or payment notices.
• Opt-in: You consent to receive these messages by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in box during signup or booking. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your bookings and account activity.
• Fees: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message or email slicedgolfaz@gmail.com for assistance.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Facility use

The Sliced Golf facility is a self-service, unstaffed venue. Access is limited to the booking holder and their guests during the booked session time. Facility access codes are personal to your booking and may not be shared. The facility is monitored by security cameras. Users are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. A liability waiver must be accepted before facility use.
