Sliced Golf LLC ("Sliced Golf," "we," "us") operates slicedgolfaz.com and a self-service indoor golf simulator facility in Mesa, Arizona. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number (for example, when joining our waitlist, creating an account, or making a booking).
Booking and membership information, such as reservation dates and times and membership plan details.
Payment information, which is processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Facility access records, such as door access events and security camera footage at our facility, used for safety and security.

To operate a safe, secure, unstaffed facility.

SMS/text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Sliced Golf, we will send transactional messages related to your bookings and account, such as booking confirmations, reminders, and door access codes. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business — such as payment processing, text and email delivery, and facility access control — and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Data retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
