How it works
1. Book a bay online and pay securely. 2. Get a confirmation with your door access code and a tap-to-unlock link. 3. Show up, let yourself in, and play — access opens 15 minutes before your session and stays open 10 minutes after. That's it.

How do I actually get in — is someone there to let me in?
No staff on-site, ever — that's how we keep it open 24/7. Your booking confirmation includes a door code and a tap-to-unlock link. Both work starting 15 minutes before your session and stay active until 10 minutes after it ends.
Do I need a membership to play?
No. Walk-ins are welcome any time, no account commitment required beyond booking. Memberships make sense if you play often — they trade a monthly rate for a longer booking window, longer sessions, and guest allowances. Pricing details coming soon.
Can I bring a guest?
Depends on your plan — walk-ins and most memberships allow guests in the bay with you, up to a per-plan limit shown above. Guests don't need their own account.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel anytime before your session starts, right from your account — the slot frees up immediately for someone else. Full cancellation and no-show policy is presented at signup.
Is it safe, unstaffed, at 3am?
The facility is monitored by security cameras, and a liability waiver is required before your first session. Entry is limited to the booking holder and their guests for the duration of the booked session only.
